TEDx immersion & decoding
We analyse what makes a great talk: structure, rhythm, silence, eye contact. Each participant identifies what currently holds them back in front of an audience.

Body & voice workshop
Breathing, grounding, vocal projection exercises. Short speaking exercises filmed with immediate coach feedback.

Message construction & on-stage delivery
Each participant builds a 2–3 minute talk and delivers it on stage. The coach guides in real time on structure, storytelling and presence.

Personalised debrief & action plan
Individual feedback from the coach. Each participant leaves with 2–3 concrete techniques to anchor in their next speaking engagements.

Ice-breaking exercises to loosen the group and set a safe, supportive tone. Nobody performs — everyone plays.

Impro exercises applied to sales
Short scenes in pairs and groups: objection handling, impromptu speaking, listening and reframing, responding to the unexpected. Each exercise debriefed in relation to real job situations.

Group role-play
Longer scenes inspired by real situations: discovery meeting, board presentation, tense client call. The group observes, reacts, replays.

Debrief & anchoring
Collective reflection on the learnings. Each participant leaves with 2–3 concrete reflexes to test in their next client meeting.

Management role-plays
Scenes from everyday management: a meeting that goes off track, a resistant team member, communicating an unwanted change. Each participant plays, observes and receives immediate feedback.

Individual & group debrief
Each participant identifies one posture to strengthen and one habit to change. The group leaves with concrete commitments and a clearer read of their own leadership style.
